Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Exron AI (exron.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Exron AI.
The Service
Exron AI is an AI-powered productivity platform that provides:
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information
- Keep your password secure — you're responsible for activity on your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- One account per person; no sharing accounts
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Exron AI to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Generate harmful, harassing, or illegal content
- Spam, phish, or send unsolicited marketing
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Impersonate others or misrepresent yourself
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
- Use the service for automated bulk operations without prior agreement
Billing & Plans
- Subscriptions renew automatically monthly
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing
- No refunds for partial periods
- We may update pricing with 30 days notice
- Free tier has $5 monthly usage budget; additional use requires upgrade
Usage Limits
Each plan has specific limits for messages, phone minutes, meetings, and features. Exceeding limits will block usage until the next reset period or plan upgrade.
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts showing abuse patterns.
SMS Program — Exron AI Notifications
Program name: Exron AI Notifications
Program description: Transactional SMS only — verification codes, task reminders, meeting alerts, post-call summaries, and AI assistant updates that the user has explicitly requested. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
- Message frequency: Varies based on user activity — typically 0–5 messages per day.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your wireless plan apply to each message.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Once you reply STOP, we will not send further messages. You can re-enable SMS later from Settings.
- Reply HELP for help. You will receive a short reply with our support contact information.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt in
- Sign up at exron.app and verify your email.
- Open Phone Assistant from the dashboard.
- Add your phone number when prompted.
- Toggle “SMS After Call” to ON. By doing this you confirm you have read this SMS Program section and agree to receive transactional messages from Exron AI.
How to opt out
- Reply
STOPto any SMS we send. - Or toggle SMS After Call OFF in the Phone Assistant.
- Or delete your account — all phone numbers and consent records are removed.
We never share your phone number with third parties for marketing. Your number is only used to deliver the transactional SMS you opted into. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling disclosure.
Intellectual Property
- Your conversations, files, research — all yours
- You can export or delete your data anytime
- We don't claim ownership of user-generated content
- Exron AI code, design, branding belong to us
- You receive a limited license to use the service
- Don't copy, resell, or rebrand our platform
AI Disclaimer
AI models can produce inaccurate, outdated, or biased information. Always verify critical outputs (medical, legal, financial, technical advice) with qualified professionals before acting on them. Exron AI is a tool, not a substitute for expert judgment.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exron AI is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss, service interruptions, or downtime
- Actions taken based on AI outputs
- Third-party service failures (OpenAI, Google, Twilio, etc.)
Total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exron AI from any claims arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the service
- Content you generate or distribute
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Your infringement of third-party rights
Modifications to Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be announced via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in California.
